1General Provisions

By using this platform ("Service"), you agree to comply with these Terms. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties.

2User Registration and Eligibility

Users must be 18 years or older, provide accurate registration data, and maintain account security.

3Generation of Meal Plans and Recipes

The platform generates personalized meal plans and recipes using AI.

  • Each generation deducts 20 NB Coins per recipe or per meal slot (e.g., 4-meal day = 80 NB).

All plans are informational and not professional dietary or medical advice.

4Content Limitations and Disclaimer

We do not guarantee health results or accuracy of nutrition data. Users assume all responsibility for the use of generated content.

5Payments, Delivery of NB Coins & Refund Policy

Structure:

  • 1 NB = €0.01
  • 100 NB free at registration
  • 1 000 NB = €10 | 6 000 NB = €64 (−10%) | 12 000 NB = €96 (−20%)

NB Coins are delivered instantly upon successful payment.

Refunds are processed only in cases required by law or confirmed technical failure.

Requests must be made within 7 days; approved refunds issued within 14 business days.

6Chargeback Policy

6.1. Unauthorized Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks are treated as fraudulent. All payments are final upon service access.

6.2. User Obligations

Users must contact [email protected] before any chargeback. The Company assumes responsibility for all monetary transactions through the platform.

6.3. Dispute Resolution Procedure

If you believe a transaction is unauthorized or erroneous:

  1. Contact [email protected] immediately.
  2. Provide: • Transaction ID • Date/time of payment • Description of issue • Supporting documents
  3. Review time — within 3 business days.

6.4. Consequences of Unjustified Chargebacks

In case of bad-faith chargebacks, the Company may:

  • Block account access
  • Terminate services
  • Report fraudulent activities
  • Recover losses (bank fees and processor costs)

6.5. Fraud Protection

Includes real-time monitoring, payment verification, and cooperation with processors to prevent fraud.

6.6. Refunds vs Chargebacks

Refunds differ from chargebacks; if eligible, contact support under the Refund Policy procedure.

6.7. Digital Products

As services provide instant access to digital content, transactions are considered completed upon access.

6.8. Bank Cooperation

The Company collaborates with banks and payment providers to supply all necessary documentation in chargeback investigations.

7Intellectual Property

All platform content (recipes, algorithms, layouts) is the property of GREYSCREEN LIMITED or licensors.

8Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Service.

9Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

10Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms; continued use indicates acceptance.

11Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes resolved by the courts of London, UK.
